The Chase Group are happy to announce that our main contracting company - Chase Construction (Contracts) Limited - have been assessed as compliant with the "Contractors Health and Safety Scheme" (CHAS) and are now a fully certified CHAS Contractor. Chase Construction Contracts Limited is also registered with Constructionline and NHBC.

Chase has recently finished works worth to a Grade II listed building in Richmond: which included a new porch extension with boiler replacement and drainage; together with internal alterations and re-decorations. The works were carried out over a 6 month period from November 2009.

Chase have contracts progressing in South West London:
• Barnes: New Build of a private leisure facility - incorporating exercise area, SPA, sauna and steam room and ancillary changing and plant areas.
• Wandsworth: Conversion of an Office Unit into an apartment with amenity space in the form of an open-to-sky courtyard and a separate small office.

For our next forthcoming financial year commencing August 2010, Chase has already secured works in excess of £1.5million.
